RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. You will not be refunded until the merchandise is returned in the original packaging in an unopened condition. If you have any questions please call us at 267.454.4756.

 

All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting us via email (objects@artyful.com) or phone (267.454.4756). Please include your name, address, phone number and order number in your correspondence, along with your reason for returning the item(s). We will respond as soon as possible.  

 

We do not refund the original cost of shipping, and a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply to returns.

 

Customers are responsible for taxes and shipping on replacement items.
